Job summary

Sunlight Employment Agency 陽光女傭中心 is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies in Hong Kong. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and optimize campaigns with external agencies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

The role requires a strong background in content creation, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation, with fluency in English and Cantonese. Putonghua is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and campaign execution.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, analyze and derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Putonghua preferred.
