Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in telecom or consumer goods marketing, strong AI/data analytics skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product or service marketing, preferably in telecom and consumer goods.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI with ability to integrate into workflows.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, across functions and levels.
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the Marketing Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for broadband and related services to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Plan and execute CRM and lifecycle retention campaigns to improve user engagement and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Deploy and leverage AI tools and data-driven approaches to formulate marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; provide timely analysis and actionable recommendations.
