Job summary

HKT, part of PCCW Group, is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for its broadband and fixed-line products. You will analyze customer needs and market insights to define target segments and design effective customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8-10 years’ relevant experience in product, service or customer marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, customer analysis, journey design and integrated programme execution.
• Hands-on experience using AI for marketing, presentations, campaign operations, automation or productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for broadband and fixed-line products.
• Analyze customer needs, market insights and behavioral data to identify opportunities and design customer journeys.
• Lead marketing programmes from strategy to execution, evaluation and optimization.
• Drive product, service and proposition enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on propositions, pricing, operations and communications.
• Apply AI tools to research, analysis, presentations, content creation and campaign operations.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to automate tasks and improve output quality.
• Manage external partners, agencies and stakeholders to maximize brand exposure.
• Monitor trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define performance indicators and use data-driven insights to improve results.
