Job summary

Emperor Watch & Jewellery (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Marketing Executive reporting to the Marketing Manager within the Retail Marketing Division. You will plan and execute engaging online and offline promotions, in-store events, sales exhibitions and new product launches, driving cross promotions with malls and banks to boost brand visibility and store traffic.

The role requires a university degree in Marketing or related field, 3–5 years of retail marketing experience, and skills in

Qualifications

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or business.
• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in retail.
• Experience in graphic design and video editing; proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro is preferred.
• Energetic, independent, creative with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline promotions, in-store events, sales exhibitions and new product launches.
• Drive cross-promotions with malls, banks and partners to enhance brand visibility and traffic to shops and sales in jewellery & gold segments.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, shopping malls, media partners and agencies to support marketing activity within budget.
• Assist in implementing and evaluating retail marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Support brand-building through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat & Weibo).
• Coordinate with Product Team for product information and promotion materials and launch schedules.
• Regularly communicate with Frontline about upcoming campaigns and gather feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends and identify key marketing objectives and opportunities.
• Prepare regular marketing reporting and analysis for management review.

Job description

Report to Marketing Manager under Retail Marketing Division. You will be responsible for planning and executing engaging online and offline promotions, in-store events, sales exhibitions and new product launches. You will drive and deliver effective cross promotions with potential partners, including but not limited to malls and banks' festive & yearly campaigns to enhance brand visibility, and increase traffic at shops and sales on jewellery & gold segments.

Key responsibilities

Yearly marketing plan and budget preparation

Plan and execute engaging online and offline promotions, in-store events, sales exhibitions and new product launches

Drive and deliver effective cross promotions with potential partners to enhance brand visibility and increase traffic at shops and sales on jewellery & gold segments

Maintain strong relationships with vendors, shopping malls, media partners, and agencies to support unique marketing activity planning under a reasonable budget

Assist in implementing and evaluating retail marketing strategies to support business growth

Support brand-building through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat & Weibo

Coordinate with Product Team for product information & promotion material, launch schedule, etc.

Regular contacts with Frontline about upcoming/on-going marketing campaigns, communicate for feedback and improvements

Stay updated on the latest market and industry trends, and help identifying key marketing objectives and opportunities

Prepare regular marketing reporting and analysis for management review

About you

University graduate in Marketing, Communications or business-related disciplines

Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in retail industry

Experience in graphic design & video editing and familiar with software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro etc. is highly preferred

Energetic, independent, creative and innovative mindset, strong interpersonal and organizational skill

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
