Job summary

Mi Ming Mart Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute integrated campaigns for skincare and retail brands. You will manage product launches, seasonal promotions, and social media activations with a focus on driving brand visibility and customer loyalty.

The role requires 2–5 years of solid marketing experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with store teams and agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of solid marketing experience for Marketing Executive or 3–5 years for Senior Marketing Executive.
• Experience in skincare, beauty, retail or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong execution capabilities with the ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and social media activations.
• Formulate engaging promotional messaging across retail and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
• Liaise with brand principals, media agencies, and internal store/sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Assist in implementing CRM activities, VIP engagement plans, and cross-industry joint promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance, track budget allocation, and provide actionable regular reports.

360° Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and social media activations.

Brand & Content Promotion: Formulate engaging promotional messaging across retail and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with brand principals, media agencies, and internal store/sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

CRM & Joint Promotions: Assist in implementing CRM activities, VIP engagement plans, and cross-industry joint promotions.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track A&P budget allocation, and provide actionable regular reports.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.

Marketing Executive: Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid marketing experience.

Senior Marketing Executive: Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid marketing experience with proven campaign execution.

Experience in Skincare, Beauty, Retail, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.

Strong execution capabilities with the ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Practical mindset with good commercial sense and basic data tracking capabilities.

Collaborative, positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
