Job summary

HKT in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Market Analyst to drive data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. You will analyze complex datasets, develop AI-enabled models, and support customer growth and business performance.

You will build dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers, perform market research and P&L analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, predictive analytics, and data science methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English and Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to understand customer behavior and growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI/ML technologies to develop analytical models and automate insight generation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for key metrics.
• Perform P&L analysis and track KPI performance.
