You will design data-driven segmentation models, forecast customer needs, track CLV and ROI, and partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize journeys and campaigns. Fluent Cantonese and English are required; Mandarin is preferred. 10+ years in large financial institutions or consultancy is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years of experience in large financial institutions.
• Experience from consulting firms is welcome.
• Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsabilités

• Customer Retention and Loyalty: reduce churn, design loyalty programs, identify at-risk clients.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: grow revenue, target campaigns, optimize customer journeys.
• Data Analytics and Segmentation: segment customers, predict behavior, track metrics (CLV, ROI).
