Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Officer for Customer Analytics and Insights to translate business questions into quantitative analyses and drive data-driven decisions. You will build dashboards, refine CRM targeting, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Marketing team.

The role emphasizes hands-on data work, advanced analytics, and AI exploration to enhance customer growth, retention, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, CS, Math, Statistics or related.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in CRM/data/analytics.
• Hands-on Databricks experience for data extraction/automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data mining tools (Python, SQL).
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of customer strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct in-depth customer analyses to identify growth and retention opportunities.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness.
• Design, develop, maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and CRM metrics.
• Collaborate to refine customer segmentation for CRM campaigns; prepare data in Databricks.
• Automate data extraction and event triggers for Salesforce Marketing Cloud communications.
• Promote a data-driven environment; explore AI/tools for CRM and analytics.
