AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced Data/AI Product Manager to drive end‑to‑end data capabilities, customer tagging and segmentation, and AI-enabled solutions across Hong Kong and Macau.

You will oversee product planning, MVP scoping, delivery coordination and adoption, partnering with business, analytics, technology, data governance and compliance teams to ensure scalable, responsible AI and data products that enhance customer insights and engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in product management and AI/data product delivery.
• Knowledge of customer analytics, tagging and segmentation.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata and quality concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and MVPs.

• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities for data/AI products.
• Translate business needs into reusable data capabilities and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage delivery.
• Coordinate delivery, UAT, launch readiness and adoption tracking.
