Sun Life Hong Kong seeks a senior sales leader to drive MPF distribution and market growth. You will expand channel partnerships, implement sales and marketing strategies, and provide market insights to stay competitive.

You will lead with a results-driven approach, manage key accounts, and collaborate with partners to achieve targets while guiding business growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years relevant experience with 2-3 years in managerial role.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Excellent presentation and advisory skills for business partners or clients on MPF.
• Proficient PC skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Expand the distribution channel by increasing the number of productive institutional distributors/business partners for MPF business.
• Assist to devise and execute the sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets, monitor progress and provide status updates.
• Gather market information to recommend product/service enhancements to improve competitiveness.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Description

• Achieve sales target set by the company.
• Expand the distribution channel by increasing no. of productive institutional distributors/business partners for MPF business.
• Assist to devise and execute the sales & marketing strategies to achieve the business targets, monitor the progress and provide management with regular status update.
• Gather market information to make recommendation on product/service enhancement to ensure the competitiveness of Sun Life's products in the market.
• Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of MPF and current market situation.
• Extensive experience of distribution channel management.
• Strong understanding of consumer attitude and behaviour.
• Good negotiations and communication skill.
• Able to work under pressure.

• Successfully to build strong connection with business partners and clients.
• Ability to make strategic recommendations and contribute new ideas to increase business opportunities.

Qualifications

• University graduate in business discipline.
• At least 8 year relevant experience with 2-3 years in managerial role.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent presentation and skill and be able to give professional advice to business partners or clients on MPF.
• Proficiency in PC skills including PPT, Words and Excel.
