Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned professional to lead training and business development for its agency force. You will plan, organize and deliver programs that drive production and headcount growth while building strong relationships with agency leaders to implement strategic initiatives.

The role requires 6+ years of related experience, bilingual English/Chinese, and strong communication, presentation and project management skills. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate training and recruitment programs for agency force.
• Deliver training/workshops on sales, recruitment and team building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agency leaders for strategy execution.
• Motivate agency leaders and recruiters via consultation and skills sharing.
• Monitor districts and agency performance; prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with DOA and MDRT teams to implement incentive programs.

Job Description

• Plan, organize and coordinate business development and recruitment related program for agency force to achieve company target in both production and headcount growth
• Plan, organize and deliver training program/ workshop on sales and recruitment and facilitate team building to agency force
• Develop and maintain relationship with agency leaders to obtain good co-operation from agency force for implementation of company’s strategy
• To motivate agency leaders and recruiters by consultation, experience sharing and practical skills sharing
• Monitor the performance of districts and agency leaders. Review and analyze sales and recruitment statistics, and prepare business-analysis report to management for business review
• Work closely with Agency Management (DOA) and Sales Promotion & MDRT team to implement effective incentive programs that motivate agency to achieve business and headcount target
• Provide support to ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 6 years related experience, preferably in insurance/banking/finance/training/business management/business consultancy industry etc.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, presentation, project management and training facilitation skills
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure
• Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market is an advantage
• Hands on skills with Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
