Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Relationship Manager to join the MPF Client Management Team in Hong Kong. You will own a portfolio of MPF employer accounts, act as the main liaison for clients, and drive retention, engagement and growth while supporting eMPF operations.

The role requires strong relationship skills, risk awareness, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with 3–5 years in MPF or employee benefits. A 5-day week and diverse benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive approach with strong risk awareness.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Solid project management and coordination capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MPF, pension or employee benefits.
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Papers 1, 3 and 4 required.
• Full proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
