Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a seasoned Channel Manager in Hong Kong to drive MPF sales targets and expand the distribution network with institutional distributors and business partners. You will help shape sales and marketing strategies, monitor progress, and report updates to management.

The role requires a university business degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial capacity, and fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in PPT, Word, and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.

• Assist to devise and execute the sales & marketing strategies to achieve the business targets, monitor progress and provide management with status updates.
• Gather market information to recommend product/service enhancements for Sun Life's competitiveness.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Description

• Achieve sales target set by the company.
• Expand the distribution channel by increasing no. of productive institutional distributors/business partners for MPF business
• Assist to devise and execute the sales & marketing strategies to achieve the business targets, monitor the progress and provide management with regular status update.
• Gather market information to make recommendation on product/service enhancement to ensure the competitiveness of Sun Life's products in the market
• Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PC skills including PPT, Words and Excel
