Job summary

Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a senior Channel Manager to expand MPF distribution, grow the partner network, and lead sales strategies in Hong Kong.

You will manage a portfolio of institutional distributors, set performance targets, monitor progress, and report to leadership with actionable insights to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has deep distribution experience, strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Chinese, the ability to work under

Qualifications

• University graduate with a business discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to advise partners on MPF.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Expand the distribution channel by increasing the number of productive institutional distributors/business partners for MPF.
• Assist to devise and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets, monitor progress and provide updates to management.
• Gather market information to recommend product/service enhancements to ensure competitiveness.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Achieve sales target set by the company.
• Expand the distribution channel by increasing no. of productive institutional distributors/business partners for MPF business
• Assist to devise and execute the sales & marketing strategies to achieve the business targets, monitor the progress and provide management with regular status update.
• Gather market information to make recommendation on product/service enhancement to ensure the competitiveness of Sun Life's products in the market
• Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Qualifications
