The MRC Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center Limited, located in the Hong Kong Science Park, is seeking a motivated individual to support the fabrication lab operations. The appointee will assist in prototype machining, testing, and evaluation of machine components, and help with equipment setup and maintenance.

The appointee will report duty to the Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center Limited (MRC) with office in the Hong Kong Science Park. MRC is a company under TR at CUHK Company Limited, involves in the R&D and business in surgical robots and the related medical technologies.

Job Description

• Support daily operations of the fabrication lab of the Center
• Support prototype machining, fabrication, testing, and evaluation of machine components
• Support equipment setup, daily operation, and maintenance work
• Provide support and training to team members or students
• Carry out special projects and tasks as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering discipline
• Good experience in material and manufacturer processes, CNC operation
• Familiar with CAD/CAM drawing and part programming in CNC
• Mature, self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and cooperatively with other team members

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment with flexible working hours will be made on a 1-or 2-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
