Job summary

Decca (Mgt) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project Director for luxury retail fit-outs across HK, Macau and Mainland China. You will translate premium design concepts into flawless spaces, manage a senior internal team, and own deadlines, budgets and quality control under high-end brand expectations.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Cantonese and Mandarin are required for internal coordination. Candidates with strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills who can travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with strong technical knowledge in the fitting-out industry.
• Excellent communication, polished presence, and client interaction with discerning luxury brands.
• Willingness to travel across HK, Macau and Mainland China.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fit-out lifecycle from drawing approvals to handover.
• Manage regional operations across Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.
• Lead and motivate an established internal team of site supervisors, engineers and craftsmen.
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers while ensuring brand guidelines and premium materials.
• Balance client-driven changes with internal capabilities to protect project quality and timelines.
