Job summary

AREA-17 Architecture & Interior, a global design consultancy, is expanding its Hong Kong team and seeks candidates for Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager roles. The position involves client coordination, drawing reviews, documentation management, and site progress follow-up across luxury retail projects.

Applicants should have 4+ years in decoration and fitting-out projects, proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp, and strong English/Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects, preferably in retail projects of luxury brands.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Ability to work well in a team, proactive attitude and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Follow up projects with clients, suppliers, contractors, and designers.
• Check all drawings in detail and modify defects accurately.
• Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, and email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely.
• Report project status to management and related parties.
• Check tender submissions, quotations, and timeline and prepare analysis.
• Handle full set of drawings and presentations.
• Provide technical solutions to projects.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress.
