Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in logistics management is a must.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy and urgency.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control tools.
• Strong numeric sense with analysis and computer skills in system operation and Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
• Monitor the progress of shipments and update shipment reports.
• Handle full set import and export shipping documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to give support on daily shipment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers.
