Our client is the world's largest producer and supplier of Dangerous Goods.Their global presence across North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America, with a multinational culture and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and follow up on shipping documentation
• Monitor sales orders, track shipments, and keep internal stakeholders and customers informed of shipment status
• Issue invoices through the Oracle system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage multiple shipments and deliveries, and liaise closely with internal departments and external vendors

Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience
• High level of accuracy in documentation handling and system transactions
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Experience with shipping documentation and ERP systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of Incoterms and experience in bulk cargo handling are a plus
