Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage full sets of shipping documents, arrange worldwide air and sea shipments, and update plans and reports for the department head.

The role requires a diploma or higher, knowledge of Incoterms and LC/export licenses, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication is essential; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with 2-3 years relevant experience in shipping fields.
• Well knowledge of Incoterms
• LC / Export Licence knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient in PC & MS Office & SAP applications
• Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of shipping documents, including VE docs, LC and bank documents
• Provide Shipping arrangement of Worldwide Air/ Sea shipment
• Update shipment plan, Daily shipment report, and report to department head
• Coordinate with sales/ CS /licensing team, warehouse and forwarder
• Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery
