Job summary

KLN Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is looking for a Shipping & Logistics Clerk to support import operations at Tai Po. You will coordinate with forwarders and the warehouse team for stock planning and arrange import shipments, while ensuring documents and payments are prepared accurately.

The role requires 1–2 years’ experience, DSE or above, and good English and Chinese communication. Proficiency in Tradelink System and MS Office is preferred, with ability to work independently or

Qualifications

DSE/ Diploma or above.
1–2 years’ experience in Shipping & Logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Knowledge in Tradelink System operation preferred.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Working Location: Tai Po.

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with forwarders and warehouse for stock planning and import shipment.
Perform import declarations in Tradelink System.
Check invoices from forwarders and prepare payments.
Documentation support for import shipments.
Maintain the daily inventory balance checking with Services provider.
Monitor the daily EDI transaction with Services provider.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
