Job summary

Hong Kong Life Insurance Limited is seeking a (Senior) Project Officer, Life Operations to help drive digital projects such as iFNA for banks and iFI for brokerage, manage user requirements, test plans and UAT, and coordinate deployment to distributors.

You will support AML/CFT system development and monitoring, gather business requirements, prepare URS, develop test plans, and liaise between Life Operations and IT.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, IT, CS or related disciplines.
• Experience in electronic FNA/claims or other operations projects preferred.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, developing test scenarios and performing UAT.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in insurance and/or banking and finance sectors.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Project Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving digital projects such as iFNA for banks and iFI for brokerage; handle requirements, test plans, UAT and deployment.
• Assist in development and monitoring of AML/CFT systems.
• Collect and analyze business requirements and prepare URS.
• Develop test plans and participate in end-user UAT as required.
• Liaise between Life Operations and IT teams.
• Assist in project planning, resource allocation and progress monitoring.
• Prepare regular reports.
• Support on ad hoc projects provided by management.
