Qualifications

• University graduate with 6–8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong administrative and communications skills.
• PC skills in Office Operating Software.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to support Life business and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage service providers and vendor performance to meet internal benchmarks.
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Oversee document digitalization and control procedures.
• Collaborate with regulatory and IT teams on system enhancements and UAT.
