Job summary

FWD Group seeks a capable IT professional to assist in Life Systems development and enhancement across Life Asia and Front-End systems. You will oversee sub-teams, gather requirements, and execute development tasks from design to UAT.

The role involves managing small-scale projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and mitigating risks. Relevant PMP/PSM certification and Life Insurance domain knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Certification in project management (PMP or PSM) preferred.
Solid experience with enterprise-scale IT systems and life insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing Life Systems development/enhancement projects including Life Asia and Front-End systems.
Lead sub-teams and monitor projects; collect user requirements and perform development tasks (design, coding, testing, UAT).
Manage small-scale projects through feasibility, risk management, and delivery within budget and timeframes.
Propose system development strategy, evaluate new IT products, and ensure production support quality.
