Job summary

HFG (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to lead end-to-end finance system projects within the Insurance domain. You will gather requirements, design solutions, manage integrations, and drive implementation across modules such as premium collection, AML controls, reconciliation, and reporting.

You will also coordinate with Finance, IT, and Life Operations to ensure timely delivery and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in finance or insurance projects.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end system project lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, SIT/UAT, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements (AML) within finance/insurance domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end finance system projects from requirements to implementation.
• Oversee SIT/UAT planning and execution, including test strategy and defect tracking.
• Coordinate between Finance, IT and Life Operations to ensure timely issue resolution and project delivery.
