The role requires cross-functional leadership across Finance, Life Operations, IT, banks and service providers, with a strong focus on controls, governance and process optimization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, financial operations or transformation.
• 3+ years in life insurance or closely related financial-services environment.
• Delivery experience in premium collection, payment gateway, merchant acquiring, digital payment or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of life insurance operations and policy administration.
• Knowledge of cash management, bank and gateway settlement, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Ability to translate business needs into process maps, requirements, specifications and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, budget and resources.
• Elicit and document business, operational and reporting requirements for premium collection solutions.
• Design end-to-end processes covering premium matching, posting, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Lead transformation projects including accruals, cut-off governance and journal generation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Life Operations, IT, banks and service providers to secure decisions.
• Manage vendor deliverables and system integration, including interfaces and data mapping.
• Plan system integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, migration and cutover.
• Embed financial controls, data protection, AML considerations and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare procedures, training materials and support post-implementation stabilization.
• Identify automation opportunities across Treasury, premium collection, payments and month-end closing.
