Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years solid experience in life and medical insurance underwriting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and effective team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement underwriting and operational framework, policies and procedure guidelines.
• Monitor the processing of new business and underwriting to ensure SLA is committed in good quality.
• Perform underwriting assessment on both medical and non-medical cases within approval limits.
