Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, insurance or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of or experience with customer/payment platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor operational projects across policy administration, claims, underwriting and customer service
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
