Job summary

Hong Kong Cingleot Investment Management Limited is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to promote Cainiao Smart Gateway's warehousing facilities and services in Hong Kong. You will attract tenants, manage leasing activities, and work to achieve occupancy targets across the warehouse project.

This role requires building a robust tenant pipeline, closing leases with 3PLs, e-commerce players, retailers, and freight forwarders, and supporting tenants through fit-out and handover while

Qualifications

• Extensive network in Hong Kong logistics, industrial real estate, or supply chain sectors.
• 8+ years in logistics property leasing or industrial real estate sales with a proven lease track record.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to listen, advise, and close.
• Self-driven, positive, target-focused and a team player.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the marketing of Cainiao Smart Gateway (warehouse facilities and services), build extensive network and brand in logistics and related industry. Attract logistics space demand, and achieve the leasing target.

Job Duties

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Manage leasing activities to fill Cainiao Smart Gateway (CSG) warehouse space and increase occupancy targets of the warehouse project
• Source, negotiate, and close lease deals with tenants (3PLs, e-commerce, retailers, freight forwarders, etc.)
• Leverage candidate's business network in the industry (tenants, brokers, partners) to build a strong tenant pipeline.
• Support tenants on fit-out and handover, collaborating with internal parties.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of cross-border supply chain, identify CSG-based space solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to management to grow the Hong Kong logistics property market database.

Job Qualifications

• Extensive network in Hong Kong logistics, industrial real estate, or supply chain sectors.
• 8+ years in logistics property leasing or industrial real estate sales, with a proven record of closed lease transactions.
