Reporting to the senior leasing manager, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, conduct market research on industrial logistics trends, and maintain accurate leasing data to support occupancy growth.

A leading logistics infrastructure operator is looking for a Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager to attract and retain tenants. Reporting to senior leasing manager, you will independently manage assigned tenant accounts, execute lease agreements, and drive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Tenancy Management: Handle assigned tenant accounts independently, executing day-to-day tenancy administration, lease documentation, and internal reporting.

Leasing Strategy & Marketing: Prepare leasing proposals, marketing collateral, and commercial terms to support asset occupancy and tenant acquisition.

Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct ongoing market research to track industrial logistics trends, competitor activity, and evolving tenant preferences.

Database & Operations Maintenance: Maintain and update leasing transaction databases, ensuring accurate records and system alignment.

Internal & External Coordination: Collaborate with internal operational teams and external agency partners to drive business development activities and seamless tenant onboarding.

Candidate Profile

Education: Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in leasing or property management, preferably gained from a property developer or leading real estate agency

Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications with a numerically astute, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

Personal Attributes: Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic team player with high integrity and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Languages: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
