Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager to attract and retain tenants for logistic and warehouse assets. You will independently manage tenant accounts, prepare lease documents, and drive business development.

Reporting to the senior leasing manager, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, conduct market research on industrial logistics trends, and maintain accurate leasing data to support occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in leasing or property management.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned tenant accounts independently, executing tenancy administration and lease documentation.
• Prepare leasing proposals, marketing collateral, and terms to support occupancy.
• Conduct market research to track industrial logistics trends and tenant preferences.
• Maintain and update leasing databases with accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive onboarding and business development.
