Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior leasing executive to formulate and execute leasing strategies for office portfolios, maximise rental income and occupancy, and manage the full leasing cycle from market research to tenant handover.

You will negotiate with tenants, maintain relationships, coordinate with legal/finance, analyze markets, and explore AI tools to improve productivity. A strong track record in Grade-A leasing and familiarity with HK regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in leasing, with Grade-A office/retail portfolio experience.
• Proven track record in high-stakes leasing negotiations and tenant management.
• Familiarity with HK tenancy legislation and commercial leasing practices.
• Interest in AI and PropTech to streamline workflow.

Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute comprehensive leasing strategies for office portfolios to maximise rental income and occupancy rates

Identify and approach potential tenants, lead complex lease negotiations, deal structuring and renewals in alignment with company policies

Manage the full leasing cycle independently from market research, prospect sourcing, tenancy agreement execution to seamless tenant handover

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing tenants, proactively handle leasing enquiries and resolve tenancy-related issues

Collaborate closely with property management, legal and finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations, lease compliance and efficient administration

Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging leasing opportunities and mitigate vacancy risks

Explore and adopt AI tools (e.g., DeepSeek, Doubao, Copilot, ChatGPT) for tenant profiling, demand forecasting and document automation to enhance operational efficiency

Prepare comprehensive leasing reports, budget forecasts and performance analysis for senior management review

Support targeted marketing and promotional activities to enhance the market attractiveness of the commercial portfolio

Perform other ad hoc strategic projects as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines; MBA preferred

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leasing, with a strong background in Grade-A office and retail portfolios preferred, ideally with a property developer or leading agency

Proven track record in high-stakes leasing negotiations, tenant relationship management and cross-functional operation coordination

Sound familiarity with Hong Kong tenancy legislation and commercial leasing practices

Enthusiastic about using AI tools and PropTech platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Doubao, DeepSeek) to streamline workflow and improve daily productivity

Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualisation tools is a strong advantage

Proactive, hands-on and able to manage multiple stakeholders, drive changes independently

Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
