Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to support its leasing strategy for a large-scale logistics and commercial property in Hong Kong. The role focuses on driving occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix.

You'll manage the full leasing cycle, build strong tenant relationships, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support, with opportunities to lead market analysis and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Approximately 6 years or more of relevant leasing experience, preferably in retail, commercial, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or mixed-use properties.
• Proven experience in lease negotiation, tenant acquisition, renewal management, and relationship management.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, property agents, and business partners.

• Prepare leasing proposals, performance reports, rental analyses, and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, handover, and ongoing support.
• Support leasing-related marketing initiatives and undertake ad hoc projects as required.
