Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong is seeking an HR professional to manage daily HR operations and administration. The role focuses on delivering full employee life-cycle services and maintaining accurate headcount and leave records.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in HR or related field, with at least 1 year of experience (education sector a plus). The position offers a 5-day work week, duty meal, medical and life insurance, and a convenient Tsim Sha Tsui location.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management.
• At least 1 year of working experience; candidates with experience in education.
• Five-day working week from 8am to 4pm, public holidays.
• Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Liaise with internal & external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
• Delivering full employee life-cycle services.
• Maintain accurate headcount databases and track leave records.
• At least 3 years or above relevant working experience.
• Group medical, group life, body check and dental insurance coverage.
