Job summary

E.C. Fix Technology Ltd. seeks an experienced IT support specialist to deliver hands-on end-user assistance, primarily for Windows and Office 365, and to manage incidents end-to-end. The role includes asset inventory, software migrations, and desktop hardware testing in a fast-paced environment.

Preference given to candidates with experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and those capable of supporting Mac systems as needed. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• ITIL, PMP certifications an advantage
• Excellent communication skills pertaining to end user, peers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technology support with focus on MS Windows and Office applications
• Troubleshoot incidents and requests, escalate as needed
• Manage desktop asset inventory and software migrations
• Support video conferencing and presentation environments
• Test desktop hardware and assist with operation procedures
• Assist in supporting Mac environments where applicable
