Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is hiring an End User Service Engineer for a hedge fund in Hong Kong, offering around 45k. You will provide executive-level technical support, manage Windows 10/11 and macOS, administer Microsoft 365, and contribute to desktop modernization and cloud migration.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and engineering teams across multiple offices, supporting AV systems, conferencing, and automation via PowerShell.

Formación

• Experience providing executive and C-level technical support.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows systems administration.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting AV technology, conference rooms, and meeting environments.
• Exposure to Citrix Cloud, XenDesktop, or XenApp environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure administration, including endpoint, Exchange, and VDI technologies.
• Experience working with ticketing and service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to a global user base, including executives and professionals.
• Deliver white-glove support for senior executives and business leadership.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services and Windows environments.
• Assist with desktop modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Participate in a globally distributed support model across multiple offices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and engineering teams.
