Job summary

EIRE Systems (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Deskside Support Specialist to provide high-quality IT support to clients in Hong Kong. You will troubleshoot end-user hardware and software, manage device lifecycles, and support cloud services across Windows, macOS, and iOS.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding, incident resolution, and contributing to infrastructure projects within a collaborative team. This position offers opportunities for growth in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support or IT service desk role.
• Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and managing end-user devices (Windows, macOS, iOS).
• Experience with cloud applications (Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack, Okta).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user software and hardware issues while prioritizing tickets.
• User & Device Lifecycle Management: Administer account setups, onboarding/offboarding, and hardware procurement.
• Systems Administration: Support cloud-based infrastructure and core platforms across Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Process Improvement: Streamline processes to remove friction and improve efficiency.
• Projects & Collaboration: Assist with infrastructure projects and share best practices.
