Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. is seeking an IT Support Lead for its Hong Kong office. The role requires hands-on deskside support, managing local IT operations, and serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues.

You will work closely with global IT, Security, and Engineering teams to maintain high service quality, governance, and asset lifecycle across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical support with deskside experience.
• Experience as a senior escalation point.
• Strong macOS and Windows admin skills.
• Experience with MDM (Intune/Jamf) and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security controls.
• Ability to work independently and own local IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the IT Support Lead for our Hong Kong office, onsite five days a week.
• Provide deskside and remote support across hardware, software, identity, access, networking, and enterprise apps.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and business-critical teams.
• Act as local escalation point and coordinate with global IT, Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Oversee and guide a Level 1/junior engineer while staying hands-on.
• Manage local support queue and SLA adherence.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning lifecycle end-to-end.
• Administer managed endpoints via Intune and Jamf; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist security matters and maintain endpoint security standards.
