Qualifications

• Holder of MCSE/MCTS/MS900 is preferred.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in IT support, system administration and networking.

Responsabilités

• Perform on‑site deskside support including IMAC, desktops and laptops installation, image cloning, hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support of daily deskside support and problem resolution.
