Qualifications

• Experience with BPM, workflow orchestration, and content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP services in enterprise integrations.
• Azure cloud services including Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory, API Management, and Blob Storage.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage BPM, workflow, imaging, and content management applications.
• Lead end-to-end system integration projects across enterprise and external systems.
• Define and review solution architecture, designs, and integration approaches.
• Work with stakeholders to identify workflow automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee workflow, document management, imaging, and content repository solutions.
• Review deliverables from internal teams and vendors for quality and standards compliance.
• Lead SIT, UAT, performance, regression, and security testing activities.
• Manage application support including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Coordinate SSO integration, non-production support, cloud services, and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and system support.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in design and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform modernization.
