Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services APAC is seeking a senior specialist to own BPM, workflow, imaging, and content management applications, delivering end-to-end integration across enterprise and external systems. You will define architectures, review designs, and drive opportunities for automation in a regulated environment.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will coordinate SIT/UAT, performance, and security testing, while mentoring teams and promoting DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale integration projects across enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Hands-on with BPM, ECM, and workflow automation.
• Experience banking/regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Own BPM, workflow, imaging, and content management applications.
• Lead end-to-end system integration across enterprise and external systems.
• Define solution architectures and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), security, and release activities.
• Coordinate cloud services, non-production support, and maintenance.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in delivery.
