Experience Range
- 8-10 years of experience in Experience with workflow orchestration, document management, and process automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and enterprise integration platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and Blob Storage.

- Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and large-scale integration projects.

- Familiarity with enterprise document repositories such as Chorus, FileNet similar platforms.
- Understanding of document capture, OCR, and content lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with security scanning tools and secure development practices.
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.

- Own and manage BPM, Workflow, Imaging, and Content Management applications.
- Lead end-to-end system integration projects across enterprise and external systems.
- Define and review solution architecture, technical designs, and integration approaches.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify workflow automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Oversee workflow, document management, imaging, and content repository solutions.
- Review deliverables from internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Lead SIT, UAT, performance, regression, and security testing activities.
- Manage application support, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Coordinate operational activities such as SSO integration, non-production support, cloud services, and scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
- Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and system support.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in solution design and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, platform modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile and Scrum delivery teams as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or senior team member.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and deliver business value.
- Support sprint planning, effort estimation, dependency management, and release planning.
- Track delivery progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution of impediments.
- Promote Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices across the team.
