Tata Consultancy Services in Asia Pacific (APAC) seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Credit Card Modernization Programme. You will drive governance, define the delivery roadmap, manage cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendors, and provide executive status updates.

The role requires 8+ years in banking/financial services project management, strong card domain expertise, and fluent English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes.
• Strong credit card domain knowledge and experience delivering card-related initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programmes across business, technology, vendors and delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology leaders.
• Excellent governance, risk management and delivery management capabilities.
• Experience working with distributed teams across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Fluent English and Cantonese are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of the Credit Card Modernization Programme.
• Define programme governance, the delivery roadmap, milestones and reporting structures.
• Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, technology teams and business functions.
• Track programme progress, risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans.
• Establish effective programme controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive decision-making and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage budget, resource planning and programme priorities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and status updates.
• Support change management and business adoption activities.
