Job summary

Atlantic Gate seeks a senior technical leader to own the transport applications, regional TMS and finance platforms. You will shape architecture, drive engineering standards, and ensure reliable production systems with a security-by-design mindset.

You will mentor a development team, manage vendor relationships, and guide API/EDI integration while aligning with product owners and business stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a software team with mentoring and delivery accountability.
• Strong DevOps culture with CI/CD, release management and automation.
• Hands-on architectural review of code, data models and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical landscape of core transport apps, regional TMS and finance system.
• Lead the development team; set engineering standards and ensure code quality and secure-by-design practices.
• Own lifecycle management, DevOps, source control, build/release pipelines and environment management.
