Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and manage BPM, workflow, imaging, and content management applications.
• Lead end-to-end system integration projects across enterprise and external systems.
• Define and review solution architecture, designs, and integration approaches.
• Work with stakeholders to identify workflow automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee workflow, document management, imaging, and content repository solutions.
• Review deliverables from internal teams and vendors for quality and standards compliance.
• Lead SIT, UAT, performance, regression, and security testing activities.
• Manage application support including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Coordinate SSO integration, non-production support, cloud services, and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and system support.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in design and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform modernization.

Experience Range

• 8-10 years of experience in Experience with workflow orchestration, document management, and process automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and enterprise integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and Blob Storage.
• 8+ years of experience in BPM, Workflow, ECM, Integration, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and large-scale integration projects.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of BPM, Workflow Automation, Imaging Systems, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
• Experience with workflow orchestration, document management, and process automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise document repositories such as Chorus, FileNet similar platforms.
• Understanding of document capture, OCR, and content lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and Blob Storage.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools and secure development practices.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression, and Security Testing.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Agile & Scrum Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile and Scrum delivery teams as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or senior team member.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and deliver business value.
• Support sprint planning, effort estimation, dependency management, and release planning.
• Track delivery progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution of impediments.
• Promote Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices across the team.
