Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Hong Kong Island seeks an experienced Enterprise Integration Lead to own BPM, workflow, imaging, and content management apps across large-scale projects. You will drive architecture, design, and delivery in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.

You will oversee SIT/UAT, security testing, and DevOps practices, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of solutions in a regulated industry context.

Qualifications

Experience Range

8-10 years of experience in Experience with workflow orchestration, document management, and process automation solutions

Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and enterprise integration platforms.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and Blob Storage.

8+ years of experience in BPM, Workflow, ECM, Integration, or Enterprise Application Delivery.

Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.

Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams, vendors, and large‑scale integration projects.

Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong knowledge of BPM, Workflow Automation, Imaging Systems, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).

Experience with workflow orchestration, document management, and process automation solutions.

Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and enterprise integration platforms.

Familiarity with enterprise document repositories such as Chorus, FileNet similar platforms.

Understanding of document capture, OCR, and content lifecycle management.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, API Management, and Blob Storage.

Familiarity with security scanning tools and secure development practices.

Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.

Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression, and Security Testing.

Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.

Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.

Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.

Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Lead end‑to‑end system integration projects across enterprise and external systems.

Define and review solution architecture, technical designs, and integration approaches.

Work with business stakeholders to identify workflow automation and process improvement opportunities.

Oversee workflow, document management, imaging, and content repository solutions.

Review deliverables from internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Lead SIT, UAT, performance, regression, and security testing activities.

Manage application support, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.

Coordinate operational activities such as SSO integration, non‑production support, cloud services, and scheduled maintenance.

Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.

Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and system support.

Mentor team members and promote best practices in solution design and delivery.

Drive continuous improvement, platform modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

Participate in Agile and Scrum delivery teams as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or senior team member.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and deliver business value.

Support sprint planning, effort estimation, dependency management, and release planning.

Track delivery progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution of impediments.

Promote Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices across the team.
