Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its wealth solutions with financial institutions across Asia. You will source, structure, and close partnerships, acting as the primary commercial contact from first contact through onboarding and growth.

The role involves engaging senior stakeholders, designing tailored product solutions, and negotiating distribution terms while ensuring regulatory compliance and onboarding efficiency. A strong Asia network is highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development with financial institutions.
Strong network among banks, brokers, asset managers in Asia.
Knowledge of wealth and investment product distribution channels.
Familiar with financial services regulation and licensing regimes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for financial institution segments in Asia.
Build a pipeline through outbound outreach and partnerships; manage deals end-to-end.
Engage senior stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations with C-suite focus.
Design tailored solutions with Product, Legal and Ops across product categories.
Negotiate distribution terms, revenue sharing, and client eligibility rules.
Coordinate institutional onboarding with Compliance and licensing checks.
