Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• At least six years’ relevant experience in financial services, such as brokerage, banking, fintech, FX, treasury, or investment.
• Proven record of achieving sales, revenue, or business development targets.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and institutional clients.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire HNW, Family Offices and institutional clients.
• Identify prospects, decision-makers, and high-potential market opportunities.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, achieving assigned targets.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to grow retention, revenue, and transaction activity.
• Coordinate client requirements, onboarding, documentation, and transaction execution.
• Support KYC/AML processes, follow compliance requirements, and escape concerns.
• Report on pipeline, revenue, opportunities, and business risks.
• Contribute to the development of the institutional business strategy.
