RedotPay is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the full sales cycle for institutional and private wealth segments across APAC. You will onboard clients, grow revenue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver crypto product solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in financial services.
• Crypto industry exposure and network preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and after-sales support.
• Grow institutional and private wealth business across APAC with crypto products and solutions.
• Develop market-specific go-to-market plans and sales strategies aligned with regional targets.
• Represent the company at regional conferences and events to boost brand visibility.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and nurture relationships with existing clients.
