Job summary

SHL in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to drive complex technical deployments for global customers. You will design API integrations, set up single sign-on, and guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle, translating requirements into scalable solutions.

Working with Project Managers and I/O Consultants, you'll own multiple projects, manage scope and timelines, and act as a senior technical escalation point, while SHL emphasizes career development,

Qualifications

• 5+ years SaaS customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and Single Sign-On.
• Excellent communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design and delivery of API integrations connecting customer ATS platforms to SHL's assessment solutions.
• Partner with Project Managers and I/O Consultants to guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
• Set up single sign-on and secure authentication solutions for customer stakeholders and administrators.
• Own multiple concurrent projects, keeping scope, timelines and budgets on track.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point, resolving complex design and architecture difficulties.
• Share expertise across the team, helping to refine tools and best practice.

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll be the technical backbone behind SHL's platform rollouts, designing API integrations, single sign-on solutions and seamless customer journeys. Working closely with Project Managers and I/O Consultants, you'll turn elaborate technical requirements into smooth, scalable solutions that get customers live faster.

What You'll Be Doing
